Welcome to Lazy Calorie Tracker. By downloading, accessing, or using the Lazy Calorie Tracker mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.

By using the App, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

To access certain features, you may be required to log in using your Google account. By doing so, you give us permission to access basic account information, such as your email address.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Lazy Calorie Tracker offers a premium subscription plan that provides additional features. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the billing cycle.

Payment is processed through the Google Play Store (or App Store), and the terms of your purchase are governed by their policies. We do not handle payment information directly.

5. Advertisements

The free version of the App may display third-party advertisements, including Google Ads. We do not control the content of these ads and are not responsible for any interactions you have with them.

6. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful or harmful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App
Upload or share malicious content

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these rules.

All content in the App, including logos, graphics, and software, is the property of Lazy Calorie Tracker and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lazy Calorie Tracker shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes, and your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Croatia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
